Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our marketing team and support the development of visual assets and collateral for our brand and platform. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our message and enhance our brand presence across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand project requirements and objectives, and translate concepts and ideas into visually compelling designs.
- Create a wide range of design assets, including website graphics, social media posts, email templates, infographics, presentations, and marketing materials, adhering to brand guidelines and design standards.
- Develop and maintain a library of design templates, assets, and resources to streamline design processes and ensure consistency and efficiency in design production.
- Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and best practices, and incorporate innovative and creative elements into design projects to maintain a fresh and modern aesthetic.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment on design objectives and deliverables, and solicit feedback and input as needed.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative ideation meetings to generate new ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency or tech startup environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software and tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles, with a focus on digital and web-based assets.
- Excellent visual design skills, with a keen eye for detail, typography, layout, and composition.
- Strong understanding of branding principles, design theory, and user experience (UX) design principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment, and effectively communicate and present design concepts and ideas.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements, and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
