Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading our sales team, driving revenue growth, and acquiring new clients for Fublis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals for Fublis.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, including hiring, training, and performance management, to ensure team success and productivity.
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities, including outbound sales efforts, lead generation, and networking activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and decision-makers, including brands, startups, and agencies, to understand their PR needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Monitor sales performance and track key metrics, including sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts, to measure the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the tech industry or PR industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve goals and exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and influence decision-makers.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and initiatives to drive revenue growth.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools to manage sales pipeline and track performance metrics.
