Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including campaign planning, content creation, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and implement innovative strategies to drive results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with business goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on PPC advertising, SEO, email marketing, and social media.
  • Proven track record of success in managing digital marketing campaigns and driving measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed marketing decisions.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for digital channels.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
  • Experience in the tech industry or PR industry is a plus.
