Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our team and drive the development and enhancement of our platform. The Product Manager will be responsible for defining product strategy, prioritizing feature development, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.
• Work closely with stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and engineering teams, to gather requirements and prioritize feature development.
• Translate customer needs and business requirements into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Drive the development process from concept to launch, including defining product scope, creating wireframes and prototypes, and conducting usability testing.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality product features and enhancements, and provide guidance and direction throughout the development process.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback, and iterate on features and functionality to optimize user experience and achieve business objectives.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful software products or platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product plans and strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with agile development methodologies, product management tools, and project management techniques.
• Knowledge of PR industry, media landscape, and content publishing platforms is a plus.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
