Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to build brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive user acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Create and curate engaging content for social media posts, including graphics, videos, and written content, that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
• Manage social media accounts and profiles, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring social media activity.
• Monitor social media trends, insights, and analytics to track performance and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and design, to ensure alignment of social media efforts with overall marketing strategies and business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and implement innovative strategies to drive results.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of success in growing social media channels and driving engagement.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, as well as experience with social media management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content that engages and inspires our audience.
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed social media decisions.
• Experience in the tech industry or PR industry is a plus.
